Description

Properties: The paint forms a coating that adheres well to concrete surfaces. It is characterised by high resistance to scrubbing – at least 10,000 cycles (in accordance with standard PN-92/C-81517) as well as oils, petrol, detergents, and weather conditions. If the surface should have anti-skidding properties (e.g. stairs, pavements), an anti-skidding agent, Primacol SKID-OFF, can be added to the paint. The paint is not recommended for typically industrial applications with heavy loads and traffic.

Instructions for use: Before painting, make sure the surface is properly prepared, i.e. it is dry and that dust, fat, stains, and dirt are removed. Remove loose objects and old coatings from the surface. Remaining old coatings can affect bonding of the paint. For surfaces attacked by fungi, remove the fungus using Primacol ANTY-GRZYB 2 [Primacol Anti-fungi 2]. Before use, mix the paint carefully. For using on new concrete flooring, priming is recommended. For that purpose, dilute with water in the ratio 3:1 (3 litres of paint + 1 litre of water). This is to improve paint penetration into the surface and surface adhesion. Apply subsequent layers without dilution. Ambient temperature and the temperature of the surface to be painted cannot be below +5°C or over +25°C. Do not perform your job during rain, fog, and hot days. For cleaning painting tools, use water with a detergent. Before opening rooms for use, vent the rooms until the odour has gone.

IMPORTANT! Due to variability of materials and surfaces, a spot test is recommended. There may be slight colour differences between product batches. Therefore, painting the same surface using the same batch is recommended.

IMPORTANT! Full surface hardening and the maximum coating resistance occurs after about 3 weeks after the painting.

Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the container.
Storage: Protect against freezing. Store at a temperature of between 5°C and 25°C in a tightly closed original container. Keep out of the reach of children. Approved by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene.
