Setts+ is a solvent-based waterproofing agent of the highest quality for outdoor use. The agent is intended for the impregnation of pavements, old-style pavements, and similar materials. It is also suitable for the protection of other absorptive mineral surfaces, such as plaster, brickwork, concrete, and as a priming agent under façade paints. Setts+ reinforces the surface and protects it from the ingress of water, alkalies as well as the impact of weather conditions and UV radiation. It allows maintaining the natural colours for long years. Nanoprotectis system* contains nanoparticles that effectively protect the surface from smudges of dirt, reducing dust and dirt adherence, and at the same time, improving its abrasion resistance.

Instructions for use: In order to carry out the impregnation job properly, the surface must be properly prepared as well, i.e. it should be clean, free of dust and fat, dry, and lichen-free. For new plaster and joints, they can be impregnated no sooner than after 28 days. Before impregnating, protect all surfaces not to be impregnated carefully. Perform the application in dry weather conditions within a temperature range of +5°C to + 30°C. Apply the product using a brush, a roller or by spraying. The surface must be saturated several times (twice is recommended) at short intervals and as “wet on wet”.
Apply another layer when the previous application of the impregnating agent is partially absorbed and the surface is not glossy. The surface should be saturated well and evenly. Do not allow any patches. In the case of spraying, wear nose and mouth masks. Pay attention when handling flammable solvents. Always wear protective clothing, gloves, and glasses that fit the face tightly. In the case of poor air conditioning, use cleaning equipment with an absorber and a mask.
After contact with skin, take off protective clothing; rinse your skin with plenty of water with soap. If necessary, seek medical advice. In the case of eye irritation, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. The user must handle the product as intended and in accordance with recommendations. Because of various surfaces, application conditions possibilities beyond the manufacturer’s control, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any final result. Before performing the job on the main surface, always make a test to become familiarised with the product’s properties and make sure that no discolouration of the surface is caused.
Storage: in the original, tight container in dry and vented room, within a temperature range of +5°C to + 30°C. Flammable. Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life: 18 months.
Coverage: depending on the type of surface, from 5 to 14 m2/l.
Note: Flammable. Harmful by inhalation and in contact with skin. Irritating to skin. Harmful: may cause lung damage if swallowed. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Keep locked up. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not breathe spray. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not empty into drains; dispose of this material and its container in a safe way. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. In case of fire, use dry powder, fire foam, CO2. Never use a water jet. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not spray over open flame or glowing materials. Protect from sources of ignition – do not smoke while spraying.
