Primacol Fasada Pro is an impregnating agent for façades made of mineral plaster, bricks, concrete, and stones. The agent can be used as the protection of external walls as well. The agent perfectly protects the surface from weather conditions and UV-radiation. It highlights the colour of any façade and prevents fading. Once dried, it improves resistance to water and frost as well as protects from crumbing and cracking. It reduces the risk of efflorescence. Once impregnated, the surface is permeable for water vapour and allows the walls to breathe.

Description
Instructions for use: Clean the surface from dirt and dust. Wash away difficult stains with “Fasada Czyścik” agent. Cement surfaces (e.g. plaster, concrete, and grout) should be covered no sooner than 3 weeks after being laid. Fasada Pro is a ready for use product, so do not dilute. Perform your work at a temperature > 5°C in dry conditions. Before use, stir the agent well. Apply the agent on a clean and dry surface using a brush, a roller or by spraying. Distribute it evenly on the surface. The agent can be applied both before and after grouting. While impregnating very absorptive substrate, application of two layers of the agent is recommended. Apply the second layer before the first layer dries completely. Remove any excess non-absorbed impregnating agent using a cloth or a paper towel. When performing the job, take precautions and use working gloves and clothes. The product bio-degrades easily. It contains no solvents.
Storage: Within a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C in a darkened room in the tight, original container.
Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the container.
