Granite+ impregnating agent for granite is the top-quality solvent-based hydrophobizing impregnating agent for application indoors and outdoors. The preparation is intended for impregnating smooth and porous granite surfaces: buildings façades, fences, terraces, stairs, window sills, architecture elements and for maintenance of monuments, gravestones and memorials. The product is also perfect for impregnating absorbent mineral surfaces, such as plasters, masonry, and concrete and as a primer for façade paints. Granite+ reinforces the substrate, protects it against water, alkalis and influence of other weather conditions and UV radiation. The natural colours can be maintained for many years. Nanoprotectis* System – contains nanomolecules effective in protection of surface against dirt by reducing adhesion of dust and contamination and improving resistance to abrasion.

Description
Use: to impregnate the substrate properly the surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil and lichen. New plasters and joints can be impregnated only after 28 days. Before starting the impregnation of building facades thoroughly secure all surfaces to be impregnated (windows, metal elements, polished stones, wood etc.) Hydrophobization should be carried out in dry conditions, in temperature +5 do + 25o C.
If used indoors, rooms can be accessed only after the smell has gone. Apply with a brush, roller or by spraying. Impregnate the substrate as many times as required (we recommend twice or more) at short intervals with “wet on wet” method. Apply the next layer once the impregnating agent from previous painting is partially absorbed and the surface is not shiny any more. The surface should be impregnated thoroughly and evenly – prevent from sagging. When spraying always use a face mask. Take appropriate precautions as in the case of flammable solvents. Always wear protective clothing and gloves and safety glasses tightly fitting against the face and, if the ventilation fails, filters/absorbers with a mask.
In case of skin contact take off the protective clothing and wash the skin with plenty of water and soap. Consult a physician, if required. In case of eye irritation, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Use the product as intended for and according to recommendations. Due to a variety of substrates, different conditions of use and many application possibilities beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible for final results. Before applying the product on the main surface always carry out a test to check the features of the preparation and to see if it decolorizes the surface.
Storage: store in a tightly closed original packaging in a dry and ventilated room, in temperature +5 do + 30 oC. The product is flammable. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf-life: 18 months.
Drying time: 4-5 hours. Full range of utility properties is acquired after 24 hours from impregnation.
Output: depending on the substrate type, from 3 m2 to 18 m2 / litre.

Do not enter into drains; remove the product and the packaging safely. In case of fire use extinguishing powder, foam, CO2, do not use a water jet. Use only in well ventilated rooms. Do not induce vomiting if swallowed. Seek medical advice immediately and show the packaging or the label. Do not spray on the open fire or glowing material. Keep away from ignition sources, do not smoke while spraying.
