Graffiti Protect creates a transparent coating that prevents paint penetration into the surface and allows graffiti removal using hot water (good effects can be obtained with the use of high-pressure washers) without any hazard of substrate damage. It does not hinder diffusion and at the same time it creates a waterproof coating, reducing dirt accumulation on the wall. Efficiency of the agent depends on the type of surface and its absorbability. For very porous surfaces, performance of the agent is reduced. In order to remove more stubborn dirt, apply a specialist cleaning agent, Graffiti Killer.
Graffiti Protect
Description
Surface preparation: Protect all other surfaces (e.g. windows) that are not to be covered with the product. Clean thoroughly surfaces made of stone, marble, granite, and bricks. Repair any losses or unbounded elements. Apply the product on dry substrate. For painted substrate, make sure that such paint adheres well to the substrate (graffiti washing with a pressure washer, if carried out, may remove the paint). Clean dirt and dust from the surface. Apply the product on dry substrate using a brush, a roller or by spraying. It is not recommended to apply Graffiti Protect on paints of low washability, plasters, and lime-based paints.
Instructions for use: Before use, mix the product thoroughly. Layers: from 1 to 2. The second layer should be applied as soon as possible after application of the first layer (max. 30 minutes). The water-repellent effect is noticeable after the first application. Therefore, avoid too intense application of the second layer as it may leave drops (if any, spread them with a brush before the product dries completely). For low absorptive substrate, the product can be diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio. The Graffiti Protect coat attains its proper performance when completely dried (max. 4 hours).
Storage: 5°C -35°C, in dry area in the original, tight container. Keep out of the reach of children.
ATENTION! Removable coating – for permanent protection, every single time it is removed, apply a coating of Graffiti Protect again.
IMPORTANT! Graffiti Protect may slightly change the colour of surface and ensures a wax-like appearance. Before protecting the main surface, always make a test in an invisible area to make sure the effect is as desired. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any misuse of the product and/or any change of the surface colour. If the application of Graffiti Protect results in a significant difference between the coated surface and the non-coated surface, it is recommended to apply the product within geometrically limited surface sections.
